Information we collect
When you submit the service request form, Avila receives your name, phone number, optional email, selected service, optional property location, request details, and submission metadata such as the time and request ID. Do not include payment details, account numbers, alarm codes, or private access codes.
How we use information
Avila uses information received through the form, email, or phone to review your inquiry, contact you, route the request, schedule work, and maintain business records.
Service providers
GitHub Pages serves the website's static files and may process standard request data under GitHub's privacy terms. Google Apps Script receives submitted form fields and Google Sheets stores them in an owner-controlled spreadsheet under Google's terms. The website does not run its own analytics service. Your email provider processes any message you choose to send by email.
Retention and security
Avila keeps information for business, support, legal, and security needs. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Send sensitive property information by phone when email or a website form is not appropriate.

You may contact Avila to ask about the personal information you submitted or to request a correction or deletion, subject to legal and business record requirements. Email [email protected].
